Terms of service
These terms govern the purchase of the Inmo Kit Media service through housiders.com and the use of the Website. By submitting your order and paying for it, you accept these terms in the version in force at that time. If you do not agree with them, do not order the service.
1. Who we are and who this is for
The service provider is the owner of the Website, whose identification details appear in the legal notice (“Housiders”). The service is aimed at professionals and businesses in the real estate sector acting in the course of their business, not at consumers. By ordering you declare that you are of legal age and that you act on behalf of your agency or with sufficient authority to bind it.
2. What the service is
Inmo Kit Media is a content creation service for a property. From the property photos and your agency's logo, our team prepares and reviews every piece of the kit —videos, images and texts— for portals, social media, WhatsApp and email, with the agency's logo. Every piece is handled by a member of the team supported by artificial intelligence tools.
Texts and content are delivered in English and Spanish, which is the standard. You choose the languages and they can be customised: tell us in the order or through our contact channels.
The kit covers one property. Each additional property requires a new order.
3. How to order
- You fill in the order form with the listing link (or state that it is not published yet) and your agency's details: name, agency, email and phone.
- You pay the price through the Stripe payment link shown next. The payment is linked to your request with a reference.
- Once we have received your details and the payment, we process your kit and get in touch with you, normally by email or WhatsApp.
The contract is formed when we receive your order and the payment is confirmed. We may reject an order for justified reasons (for example, if the material is insufficient or unlawful); in that case we will refund the amount paid.
4. Price, payment and invoice
The price is €79 + VAT per property, a single payment made in advance, with no lock-in or recurring fees. The applicable VAT is added in accordance with current regulations. Payments are processed by Stripe; Housiders does not have access to your full card details. We will email you the invoice with your company's details, which you provide under your responsibility.
There are no hidden costs or extras per format. Any service outside the kit will be agreed and quoted separately.
5. Material you provide
- The listing link for the property: we take the photos and your agency's logo from it. If the property is not published yet, we send you a Google Drive folder after payment so you can upload at least 7 photos of the property and the logo. Original photos without a watermark are best: portal photos usually carry one and the result is worse.
- You guarantee that you hold the rights and permissions needed over the photos, the logo and any other material (intellectual property, image rights, the property owner's authorisation and, where applicable, that of the people who appear in them), and that our use of them to provide you with the service does not infringe third-party rights.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the property details you provide (price, floor area, features, energy certificate). Housiders does not verify those details.
- If the material is insufficient or not of enough quality to do the work, we will tell you so you can complete it. Until then, the delivery period does not start.
6. Delivery period and delivery
We deliver the kit within 24–48 hours of receiving the photos (and the payment). This is an indicative period that we meet with the utmost diligence; it may be extended for reasons beyond our control, such as incomplete material, delays in your replies or technical incidents with third parties, of which we will inform you.
We send you the kit by email and go through it with you on a 20-minute video call. From delivery you can download and publish the content.
7. Included review
The price includes one review: you tell us what you want changed and we send back the corrected pieces in under 48 hours. The review corrects whatever does not match the material or the instructions in the order; changes of approach or additional new versions are agreed separately.
8. Use of artificial intelligence
We use AI tools, always with a person in charge of each piece. We do not alter the property: we do not add or remove elements that do not exist. If a piece includes virtual staging or other substantial editing, we say so. As the person publishing the pieces, you are responsible for complying with the disclosure or labelling obligations that apply on each channel or under current regulations, including those on AI-generated or manipulated content (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), where required.
9. Intellectual property and usage rights
The usage rights to the pieces we deliver are full: you may publish, copy and distribute them on portals, social media, your website, WhatsApp, email or wherever you need, as many times as you like and without time limit, in relation to the property they were created for. The assignment takes effect once the price has been paid. Excluded from the assignment are the tools, templates, methods and pre-existing elements of Housiders or third parties used to create the pieces. The rights over the photos and logo you provide remain yours.
We will not use your kit, your name or your logo as a public case or example without your prior written authorisation.
10. Cancellation and refund
As the service is tailor-made and aimed at professionals, there is no right of withdrawal. Even so, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as we have not started working on the kit. If we cannot deliver the kit for reasons attributable to Housiders, we will refund the amount paid. The refund is made by the same payment method.
11. Liability
Housiders is liable under the law for the proper provision of the service described in these terms. We do not guarantee commercial results (visits, enquiries, sales or sale or rental periods). To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the price paid for that kit and does not include loss of profit or indirect damages. We are not liable for damages caused by the material you provide or by its publication.
Nor are we liable for the relationship between your agency and owners, buyers or third parties, or for the availability of third-party services (Stripe, portals, social networks, email).
12. Use of the Website
Use of the Website is governed by the legal notice: free access, lawful use, and a ban on copying its content in bulk or automatically, circumventing security measures and reproducing it without authorisation.
13. Data protection and cookies
We process your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy, and we use cookies in accordance with the cookie policy.
14. Changes and communications
We may update these terms; they apply to orders placed from their publication, with their last-updated date. Communications about an order are made to the email and phone you give us; keep them up to date. You can write to us through the contact form.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Law 7/1998 on general contracting conditions. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Marbella (Málaga), unless the law establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.
