In this legal notice, “Housiders”, “we” and “our” refer to the owner above. You can write to us by post at the address above, through the contact form, on WhatsApp or by phone.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website presents Housiders' services for real estate agencies and sector professionals, in particular the Inmo Kit Media service (video, image and text content for a property, ready to publish) and custom development, and lets you request and order the kit. The services are aimed at professionals and businesses, not at end consumers.
3. Terms of access and use
Access to the Website is free and does not require registration, although ordering a service requires providing some details and paying its price. By browsing the Website you accept this legal notice and agree to use it lawfully, diligently and in good faith. In particular, you may not:
- Use the Website for unlawful purposes or in a way contrary to public order, morality or third-party rights.
- Damage, overload or disable the Website or its systems, introduce viruses or other harmful elements, or try to access restricted areas.
- Extract or copy the content of the Website in bulk or automatically (robots, scrapers or other means) without our express written permission, or circumvent the measures that limit such access.
- Reproduce or incorporate the content of the Website into other sites without our prior written authorisation.

The cases and examples shown on the Website (starting photographs and screenshots of deliveries) are published with the consent of the agencies concerned and belong to their owners. The terms of use of the pieces we deliver to each customer are set out in the terms of service.
If you believe any content on the Website infringes your rights, write to us stating which content it is, where it appears and why, and we will review it diligently.

We make an effort to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always available. We may modify, suspend or remove content or services at any time. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, technical failures or causes beyond our control, nor for the use you make of the information on the Website, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded.
The information on the Website is informational and commercial and is not professional advice. The commercial results of the pieces we deliver (visits, enquiries, sales) depend on factors beyond Housiders' control and are not guaranteed.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites (for example WhatsApp, Stripe, Calendly or property portals). We do not control those sites or answer for their content, policies or the information they offer; if you access them, you do so at your own responsibility.
If you want to link to the Website, you may link to any of its pages provided the link is clear, does not mislead as to its origin, is not displayed within frames, and is not placed on sites with unlawful or defamatory content or content contrary to third-party rights. For deep or framed links we need your prior request and our written authorisation.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and provided the law does not establish another mandatory jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts of Marbella (Málaga).
